5 Ways to Stay Positive at Work

Wake up early: Just get up early enough in the morning so that each of your activities—from waking up, preparing, to any other activity—happens at a comfortable, unhurried pace. This way, the beginning of your day would not have stress. 

Practice gratitude: Exercise counting three things before you actually step down from your bed that you are grateful for. This small exercise will help nudge your perspective subtly to one that is positive.
